The Next Stage in Our Adventure

Two years ago we partnered with two newly formed Idaho wineries Vale Wine Co and Syringa, and established the Urban Winemakers Cooperative, Idaho’s first cooperative winery. The Cooperative gave us all the opportunity to produce wines in one centrally located facility. It was a huge success at keeping our costs down, by allowing us to share equipment, marketing and operating costs. It also provided us with a wonderful opportunity to co-host tastings, which grew our customer bases and showcased all of our wines together. We were able to reach out and meet some great people at those events!

Now that our labels have each enjoyed the support of the cooperative during our critical "fermentation" periods, the three labels are ready to strike out on their own paths! Cinder thanks Syringa and Vale for their partnership and contributions to the Snake River Valley AVA. We wish them both the best of luck in their winemaking journeys.

And now, we're pleased to announce the evolution of the Urban Winemakers Cooperative building into "Cinder Winery". For the first time ever, we’ve hung out our own “shingle” in the same building that housed the Urban Winemakers Cooperative, so come on down and visit! We are so grateful for the patronage we have received from all of you and we're looking forward to the next phase of this great adventure!
